MEDIALIST With MediaList a TV station can have long-term events/programs scheduling. The user can plan live, on tape or filed in video server events for a day, a week, a month, a year or more. And manage title, crawl and logo control. With this powerful software the user can obtain a playlist preview in low resolution. MediaList provides a complete solution for encoded file editing. MEDIALIST - Analisys This solution has been developed to ensure a focus on operating efficiencies and competitive advantages. MediaList incorporates the necessary tools to provide all the data and information useful for managerial and administrative decision making.

MEDIALIST - Ingestion MediaList is a tool for manual and automatic scheduling of encoding sessions of video coming from any possible source such as: live feed, VTR, satellite, etc. With this software it is possible to create standard encoding sessions which will start automatically during day working hours or overnight. MediaList can control simultaneously a high quality encoder (such as a Video Server) as well as a browsing encoder (either MPEG1 or WM9 such as IPV SpectreView). (MediaList: Ingestion) With MediaList you can: Schedule multi encoding sessions Automatically check video and audio Check the file duration if it is or not correct Define multiple sources Control automatically one or more switchers, A/V Routers or Matrix Control VTRs remotely Monitor video and audio (low resolution) during the encoding session Link directly the file to program Access MAM with automatic XML file creation or database tables. MEDIASTORE SI media is supplying a new platform, called MediaStore, highly innovative and fully answering to the market requirements, either technical and economical. MediaStore is a new technology and a new concept, strongly based on central database architecture and far from the "legacy" solutions available on the market today. MediaStore is the main IT platform of a modern digital television, being the crossing point of any information system. MediaStore is based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005. MediaStore exploits the full potentialities of C# .NET and XML/UNICODE All the Metadata and Database Structure are fully Customizable: the administrator of the system can build its own database defining metadata schemas (video, audio, picture, document, etc) each with its own metadata sets. Adding, or removing schemas, metadata or metadata predefined values is very easy and any change is immediately and automatically working.
MEDIASTORE standard functionalities: Filing: hashing (with MD5 signature), Key Frames extraction (Story Board), Proxy File generation (in WM9, MPeg1 or Mpeg4 format). Cataloguing and Archiving: all the Metadata and Database Structure are fully Customizable by the customer. Searching: full-text search or by boolean operators (AND, OR, etc.) or even with strings. EDL creation and exporting to any editing system supporting EDL standard.

MEDIAPLAY MediaPlay is the Playout Automation solution. With this powerful software the user has total control on live, tape and file events. MediaPlay has the control of all audio/video routers, Master Control Switchers, CG, VCG, Logo Generators and all the devices used in a complete Playout automation system. Any "last second change" is possible (skip, insert or delete an event). This software is able to record the log of broadcasted events as run: identified as "As Run Log". It automatically manages programs schedule coming from MediaList and MediaSpot (or other Traffic systems) whether with live events or coming from tape or video server. It handles subtitle and Logo insertion, broadcast events LOG recording, last second live or file event insertion. It can define a bumper in order to resolve delays and advances in the Playlist.

MediaViewer MediaViewer is the software that provides the capability to monitor and manage multiple playouts. This module has been developed in order to respond to the requirement of many broadcasters for a powerful tool with a very simple interface that is able to manage more channels in the same time and in the same GUI. With this software it will be possible not only to manage more channels in the same time but it will be possible to do any type of changes on the fly, too. MediaViewer is able to control all the devices that are incorporated in the playout systems of the channels under its control: A/V router, logo generator, VGC, video mixer, etc. With this application “MediaViewer”, it will be possible to change the Playlist of any channel right up to the last second.

MEDIANEWS MediaNews is a .Net based application for the management and creation of a playlist for the News Bulletins. It manages the Newsroom contents and enables a cooperation environment among the Journalists while providing the Editor in Chief with all the tools to check and control the contents. MediaNews interfaces any application that manages Agency wires and supports MOS. MediaNews interfaces with any editing system, including Apple based systems. MEDIANEWS Playout It includes the control of any Broadcast device such as A/V Routers, CG, LOGO, etc. in addition to the Teleprompter. The Automation application is able to execute the Rundown either automatically or human assisted and in the last case it uses also a J&S to support editing functionalities. - Automated playout video server (2 channels output, A/B with ability to expand), sends news texts to the teleprompter and commands to the CG to insert titles. - Full playback control for the media (play, stop, pause, next, previous, etc.) via external Jog/Shuttle hardware in addtition to software control - Capability to control Character Generator, so the journalists can easily introduce titles with effects from their clients using pre-defined templates with supporting Unicode characters and most languages.
- Capability of clock, logo, graphics, and text insertion. - Teleprompter that is connected to the newsroom network may receive text from rundown, reflects all synchronised changes in the rundown, with supporting Unicode characters and most languages. - Teleprompter has the ability to work as stand-alone prompter with Word processing plug-in (in case of manual prompter) - Automatically synchronized modification for any change on the sequence of the running order will be replicated automatically at once over (prompter, CG, video, etc.) - Story time limit indicator to help the director to adjust timing of the running order of the newscasts and make changes if needed - Full compatibility with Non Linear Editing suites used with newsrooms.
